About Wellness Approach Mentors (WAM)

Wellness Approach Mentors works with youth, children and communities to improve their quality of life through provision of wellness services. These services focus on psychosocial, counselling, mitigation of drugs and substance abuse effects, prevention of HIV-AIDS, reproductive health, prevention of communicable and non communicable diseases through community education and outreach services. These services are provided through mentorship programs that seek to address the root cause of mental health challenges contributing to mental health problems.
