About Companionship of Works

We support youth get economically stable through provision of Jobs. This usually happen through two pathways: Pathway1: We help you get ready for the Job market through employment support programs and Actual jobs placement for them in the companies within Kenya and beyond. Pathway2: We help youth get self-employed through Enterprise development support programs like Entrepreneurship skills training, Business start-ups and Business scale-ups, Linkages to customers. Finally we do Gender equality advocacy and participate in policy development with key sector stakeholders.
