About Therapeutic Hands Management Co Limited

Therapeutic Hands Management (THM) is a Limited Company registered to operate in Kenya to train Healthcare Support Assistants. We train our students to be highly qualified Healthcare Support Assistants (HSA). The approach in training is holistic hence the Healthcare Support Assistants have compassion, good communication empathy, caring and competence in their work. The training of HSA is done following NITA Curriculum. THM is also a member of Kenya Association of Healthcare Support Assistants that oversee the training & the work of Healthcare Support Assistants in the Kenya. THM trains HSA from the informal settlements in Nairobi and its environs with an aim of building their capacity to improve their livelihoods. In our work of training HSA, we have identified gaps that can make the HSA we train stand out and get more jobs. This will improve the skills to enable them fit in the job market and also self employment as a way of improving their livelihoods. We would like to train our HSA digital skills that can allow them take instructions from the nurses as they support the patients. They also need to learn computer skills to be able to communicate the situation on the ground in a better way.
