The project will construct toilets and a kitchen, renovate the borehole, provide teacher stipends, and conduct land surveys. It utilizes local materials to ensure cost-effectiveness and community engagement.

Outcomes include a healthier learning environment, reduced absenteeism due to illness, improved student nutrition, and enhanced quality of education through retained teaching staff.
Sustainability Plan
Upon completion, the project will be fully handed over to the Samburu County Government for ongoing management, including staffing and funding, ensuring institutional sustainability.
