Educational Institutions: Bondo University College: Partnering to offer educational programs, vocational training, and mentorship opportunities. Local Schools: Collaborating to identify and support girls in need of scholarships and educational resources. Healthcare Providers: Bondo Sub-County Hospital: Offering healthcare services, including reproductive health and mental health support. Local Health Clinics: Providing health education and medical services to project participants. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs): National Government Affirmative Action Fund and Women Enterprise Fund: Partnering to provide microfinance and loans to women entrepreneurs. Alliance For Women and Girls (AFWAG): Collaborating on advocacy campaigns and leadership training for women and girls. Community-Based Organizations (CBOs): Okok Shida CBO: Working together on community dialogues and advocacy for women’s rights. Local Women’s Groups: Engaging in grassroots mobilization and support for project activities. Private Sector: Local Businesses: Partnering to provide market access and business mentorship for women entrepreneurs. Corporate Sponsors: Offering financial support and resources for project implementation. Problem Statement

Women in Bondo face significant barriers to socio-economic participation, including limited access to education, capital, and healthcare, compounded by restrictive cultural norms.

Proposed Solution

SCODA implements comprehensive solutions including vocational training, entrepreneurship mentorship, microfinance access, leadership development, and reproductive health services.

Expected Impact

The project expects increased household incomes, establishment of women-led businesses, higher school retention for girls, and greater female participation in local governance and decision-making.

Sustainability Plan

Sustainability is driven by income generation from women-led businesses, capacity building, and integration with County Government programs. Market access initiatives will create steady revenue streams.
