Target Population

Problem Statement

Climate change has drastically reduced agricultural yields for smallholder farmers, leading to poverty, food insecurity, and increased rural-urban migration among youth.

Proposed Solution

The project employs modern technologies including farm automation, AI monitoring, and renewable energy. It focuses on high-yield crops (herbs, watermelon) and reforestation for carbon sequestration.

Expected Impact

Key impacts include job creation, reduced carbon emissions, improved food security, and economic empowerment through fair food prices and consistent market supply.

Sustainability Plan

Sustainability is achieved through a profit-generating business model selling horticulture produce. Scaling to 30 acres and using renewable energy reduces costs, ensuring revenue meets operational bills.
