Problem Statement

Young women, including single mothers and widows, face high unemployment and poverty due to illiteracy and lack of skills. This leads to dependency and inability to meet basic family needs.

Proposed Solution

Provide six months of tailoring training and sewing machines. Incorporate table banking and business management training to enable beneficiaries to start their own shops.

Creation of employment and sustainable income sources for young women. Improved household living standards and ability to provide for children. Enhanced self-confidence and financial independence.

Sustainability Plan

Beneficiaries form groups for table banking to access capital. Business skills enable them to run profitable ventures. The community ownership and income generation ensure long-term viability.
