Project Summary

ElevateEd empowers school dropouts and teen mothers through vocational skills and talent development. It provides a pathway to education re-entry or entrepreneurship to restore dignity and future prospects.

Problem Statement

Youth who drop out of school or face early pregnancy often lack skills and support, leading to unemployment and low self-esteem. They are vulnerable to repeating cycles of poverty.

Proposed Solution

Offer tailored vocational training, talent coaching, and educational sponsorship. Provide mentorship and health programs to address well-being and confidence.

Expected Impact

Increased employability and income for 30 youth. Higher rates of re-enrollment in formal education. Reduction in repeat teenage pregnancies and improved self-esteem.

Sustainability Plan

Establishment of a community-led committee to oversee the project. Diversification of funding sources and income generation from participant-led small businesses.
