Activate Action

Activate Action, is a youth-led community-based organization based in Homabay, Kenya dedicated to working with young people living with HIV and disabilities, providing them with mentorship, training, and resources to help them address the stigma and challenges associated with their conditions. Our organization is committed to empowering young people through a range of initiatives, including sexual reproductive health education, HIV management, mental health support, leadership training, economic empowerment, and advocacy. By engaging with our community, we hope to raise awareness and promote inclusivity for individuals living with disabilities and HIV.
