AHAN is a national NGO in Kenya, registered by the National NGO Coordination Board in 2016. AHAN is a non-profit, non-political, and non-sectarian national health, nutrition, and development organization, founded to address pressing health, and development challenges in selected counties in the Republic of Kenya. AHAN works to improve health and well-being of people and bring about positive social change through provision of integrated lifesaving health care, education, nutrition, livelihoods, water, sanitation, and hygiene services and creates opportunities for meaningful food security, livelihoods, and economic participation. AHAN implements holistic, community driven approach to programming with an aim to generate reliable data and technical evidence to design and deliver innovative programs that change behaviors and increase access to social services and improve lives.
