About African Youth Advocacy Network (AYAN Kenya)

AYAN Kenya is a non-governmental organization that was established in 2013 with the aim of involving young people in participating and contributing towards an enabling environment that will foster their empowerment on sexual and reproductive health and rights issues. In response to the need to advance this course while dealing with a number of factors not directly provided for in our yearly implementation plan but which nevertheless related to and impactful to our work: AYAN Kenya adopts a holistic approach in advocating for the promotion and protection of health rights while still maintaining a focus on youth, women, girls and SGM
