eMentoring Africa (eMA) is a Kenyan not-for-profit organization founded in 2009 to empower and build the capacity of Kenyan younger and older generations through capacity building, life skills development and mentorship. Our drive is to help the youth navigate through life challenges of massive unemployment, political exploitation, drug addiction, insecurity and other myriad issues surrounding them. Our Vision is a transformed and empowered youth who are productive and sensitive to the challenges of our society. Our mission is to build a responsible society by imparting values, life-skills, integrity and professionalism to teenagers, youth, and professionals in Africa. eMentoring Africa offers mentorship solutions including soft skills, life skills, and employability training using a blended approach utilizing face to face and online platform. We endeavor to remain a leader in the development of FORMAL life skills and mentorship programs that are customizable to suit our different clients. In order to achieve our mission and goals we have developed tailored programs anchored on our core strategic objectives. These programs are targeted to different age groups ensuring they meet the unique challenges afflicting the different ages of youth groups. Our programs are also tailored address unique challenges and experiences along gender diversity among the youth. The programs are designed to be adaptive and responsive to different contexts recognizing different circumstances, geographical diversity and cultural contexts among other considerations.
