Organization For Healthcare Improvement

Organization for Healthcare Improvement is a non-governmental organization that brings together professionals of different standing and experiences in healthcare, social services, private sector healthcare management, and healthcare quality improvement. The affiliations of the board of directors consist of experts in healthcare improvement, research, and healthcare service delivery circles. The board and management understand the historical perspectives of quality management in healthcare service delivery in Kenya. OHI aligns itself with the demands and structures of the Government of Kenya's policies around the right to attain the highest possible quality of health for all citizens. OHI exists to improve access to quality healthcare for the underserved and marginalized populations through evidence-based programming, implementation research, capacity building, and advocacy.
