To achieve our strategic objectives, Rafikistry endeavours to make sure that all our projects, activities and programmes, to supporting teens/young adults developmental needs falls under (but not limited to) seven main pillars SKEEALS simply read as skills. Why skills? The Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary defines a skill as the ability to do something well. The Online Free Dictionary defines a skill as the proficiency, facility, or dexterity that is acquired or developed through training or experience or a developed talent or ability. At Rafikistry we would like that in everything we do we are able to impact the youth and for them to gain skills, information and knowledge so that equipped with these, they can make a difference in their lives and in the community around them from an early age.
