Problem Statement

Girls from poverty-stricken backgrounds face barriers like FGM and early marriage that prevent them from attending secondary school, wasting their potential and leadership capacity.

Proposed Solution

Offer full scholarships, rigorous academics, and a unique empowerment curriculum (WISH). Foster a culture of peace and sisterhood among students from diverse tribes.

Expected Impact

95% university transition rate for graduates. Empowerment of girls to resist early marriage and FGM. Graduates return as leaders to drive development in their communities.

Sustainability Plan

The academy is building an endowment fund and constructing permanent facilities to eliminate rent costs. Partnerships and income-generating departments contribute to long-term financial health.
