Project Summary
This project scales up a circular economy farm using Black Soldier Flies (BSF) to recycle food market waste. It produces organic fertilizer and high-protein animal feed, creating green jobs and reducing environmental pollution.

Problem Statement
Farmers face high costs for fertilizer and animal feed, limiting food production. Simultaneously, markets struggle with unmanaged food waste, leading to pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.
Proposed Solution
Establish greenhouses for BSF farming to recycle 2.5 tons of waste daily. Harvest BSF larvae for protein feed and process waste into organic fertilizer.
Expected Impact
Daily recycling of 2.5 tons of waste. Production of 450kg of fertilizer and 350kg of larvae daily. Creation of 15 jobs and reduced farming costs for the community.
Sustainability Plan
The project is a for-profit social enterprise. Revenue from the sale of fertilizer and larvae feed will cover operational costs and fund further expansion.
