Dialogue Mtaani creates safe spaces for youth (15-35) to discuss GBV prevention. It promotes self-care and empowers young people to prioritize community safety.

Problem Statement

Youth lack safe platforms to discuss and address Gender-Based Violence (GBV). Stigma and lack of knowledge hinder effective prevention and response.

Proposed Solution

Facilitate open dialogue forums and debates on GBV. Equip youth with skills to manage challenges and promote self-care practices.

Expected Impact

Increased awareness and understanding of GBV among youth. Promotion of self-care and mental well-being. Reduction in GBV incidents through community prioritization of safety.

Sustainability Plan

Community ownership is fostered through active engagement. Training of Trainers (ToTs) ensures peer education continues without external facilitators. Resource diversification supports ongoing activities.
