Empawabizz by YEAO is an economic empowerment initiative for vulnerable women and youth. It incubates small businesses and provides resources to help marginalized individuals break the cycle of poverty.

Socially and economically marginalized groups face significant barriers to entrepreneurship, including lack of capital and skills. This perpetuates a gap in wealth creation and economic stability.
Proposed Solution
Provide business incubation, skills training, and resource support. Enable beneficiaries to start and grow sustainable enterprises.
Expected Impact
Creation of household wealth and eradication of poverty among beneficiaries. Establishment of resilient, women-led businesses that contribute to the local economy.
Sustainability Plan
The project uses a revolving fund model where beneficiaries contribute back a portion of their earnings interest-free to support new entrants, creating a perpetual cycle of support.
