Problem Statement

Single mothers in informal settlements struggle with poverty and food insecurity. They lack space and resources for traditional farming or businesses.

Proposed Solution

Implement vertical smart farming and poultry keeping. Use chicken waste as manure for crops in a closed-loop system to maximize efficiency.

Improved household income and nutrition. Enhanced food security through sustainable urban farming. Economic empowerment of single mothers.

Sustainability Plan

The project is locally owned and uses a low-cost circular model. Income from produce and poultry sales is reinvested to sustain and expand the farming activities.
