Target Population
Problem Statement
Women in Gem face systemic barriers to economic participation, including lack of capital, limited skills, and restrictive cultural norms. This results in poverty and limited decision-making power.
Proposed Solution
Provide entrepreneurship training, vocational skills (tailoring, agribusiness), and microfinance loans. Conduct health education and leadership workshops to empower women holistically.
Expected Impact
Establishment of women-led businesses and increased household incomes. Improved health outcomes and greater female participation in local governance. Enhanced community cohesion and gender equality.
