Problem Statement

Men in Kenya face significant mental health challenges, including depression and addiction, but often lack safe, private spaces to seek help due to stigma and societal expectations.

Proposed Solution

Operate a 24-hour toll-free helpline offering anonymous, non-judgmental support. Provide crisis intervention, coaching, and referrals to appropriate services.

Expected Impact

Provision of essential psychosocial support to thousands of men. Reduction in stigma surrounding men's mental health. Prevention of suicide and better management of addiction and trauma.

Sustainability Plan

The project currently seeks funding to maintain operations. Long-term viability strategies are being reflected upon, but immediate support is required to keep the helpline active.
