Problem Statement

The Covid-19 pandemic and funding cuts have severely impacted the organization's ability to pay utilities, retain staff, and implement projects. There is a need to transition to a sustainable operational model.

Proposed Solution

Implement a 12-month transition roadmap to strengthen organizational structures. This includes putting in place governance, management, and financial guidelines to ensure responsive operations.

Expected Impact

Restoration of the organization's capacity to deliver WASH services. Establishment of a well-governed, legally compliant entity capable of managing future projects effectively.

Sustainability Plan

The project establishes robust administrative and financial systems to ensure the organization becomes a well-governed legal entity capable of securing and managing future funding.
