Problem Statement

Poor literacy levels and a lack of reading culture/materials in schools hinder quality education and academic performance.

Proposed Solution

Establish 5 school libraries, form book clubs, and train teacher-librarians and 'Reading Ambassadors' (parents/mentors) to integrate reading into school life.

Expected Impact

Improved literacy, academic performance, and life skills. Established active book clubs and a network of mentorship supporting learners.

Sustainability Plan

Creation of 'Book Funds' in each school for replenishment and deep involvement of parents/stakeholders ensures local ownership and long-term viability.
