Project Summary

The Teacher Fellow Programme builds capacity in schools to deliver quality STEM training. It supports teachers and establishes STEM clubs, transforming schools into centers of excellence for science and technology education.

Proposed Solution

Provide resource support for STEM clubs and train teachers as qualified STEM trainers to deliver high-quality education.

Expected Impact

50 schools transformed into STEM training centers, 50 teachers trained, and 1,025 students equipped with essential STEM skills.

Sustainability Plan

The program ensures sustainability by integrating a commercial model that targets affluent schools to subsidize other operations.
