Intervention Areas
Target Population
Problem Statement
Rural communities face physical, financial, and cultural barriers to accessing reproductive health services. This leads to high rates of unintended pregnancies, STIs, and maternal health complications.
Proposed Solution
Deploy 36 trained CHVs and mobile clinics to provide health education, family planning, and referrals. Engage peer educators to deliver SRHR information in schools and communities.
Expected Impact
Increased uptake of family planning and SRH services. Reduction in risky sexual behaviors and STIs among youth. Debunking of myths and stigma surrounding reproductive health.
Sustainability Plan
Capacity building of CHVs and integration with Ministry of Health systems ensures service continuity. Economic empowerment activities for women generate income to cover healthcare transport costs.
