Low-Income Individuals & FamiliesVulnerable or Marginalized Populations (General)

Problem Statement

Children are often excluded from peacebuilding despite being affected by conflict. Schools lack structured programs to teach non-violent conflict resolution, perpetuating cycles of violence.

Proposed Solution

Train teachers and students in peer mediation and conflict transformation. Develop child-friendly peacebuilding resources and establish mediation clubs in schools.

Expected Impact

Reduced violence and disputes in schools. Empowerment of children as agents of peace. Strengthened relationships between learners and teachers through constructive dialogue.

Sustainability Plan

Peace education is embedded into the school curriculum and routine. Income generation from the sale of training manuals and peace toolkits supports ongoing operations.
