Havens Mentorship Center in Ruaraka provides a safe space for children and adolescent girls. It offers a community library, digital learning, and mentorship, focusing on menstrual health, leadership, and preventing early pregnancies.

Problem Statement

Children and adolescent girls in Ruaraka face challenges like lack of learning resources, early pregnancy, and poor menstrual health awareness.

Proposed Solution

Establish a community library/digital center offering mentorship, coding skills, and menstrual health education to empower girls and children.

Expected Impact

Reduced early pregnancies, improved literacy and digital skills, better menstrual health management for 500 girls, and social inclusion.

Sustainability Plan

The center aims for self-sustainability through partnerships, a sanitary towel manufacturing project, and public access fees for the library/digital space.
